Exchange and Return Policy

 

  1. Invoice Requirement: Customers must retain the original invoice to process an exchange within 7 days of the purchase date.

  2. Return Window: Returns are accepted within 3 days of the purchase date.

  3. Product Condition: Items must be in their original condition at the time of return or exchange.

  4. Exclusions: Items purchased during sales or special promotions cannot be returned or exchanged.

  5. Packaging & Labels: The original packaging, including all tags and labels, must be intact.

  6. Proof of Purchase: A valid purchase receipt must be provided as proof of purchase from Givago.

  7. Additional Fees: Some items may be subject to extra charges based on product type and return conditions.

Process

  • Once a return or exchange request is received, we will review the product and ensure it meets the conditions mentioned above.
  • If approved, pickup arrangements will be made by the designated courier service.
  • The return or exchange will be processed as soon as possible, following our terms and conditions.
